1st Annual UOG Golf Challenge Generates More Than $20,000 for Student Scholarships!

The University of Guam marked a milestone with the inaugural UOG Golf Driving Range Challenge—“Driving Higher Education Fore-ward!”—on March 30, 2025, at the Country Club of the Pacific. Capping off Charter Month, the event united students, alumni, businesses, and the community to support access to higher education.

Raising over $20,000 for the College Affordability Initiative, the fundraiser will help provide scholarships through the UOG Endowment Foundation for students in need. The day combined family fun and spirited contests like “Longest Drive” and “Straightest Drive,” all in support of a powerful purpose.
