Investing in Students. Protecting Guam’s Future.

The UOG Endowment Foundation is proud to announce the new Vance Stanley Eflin Environmental Scholarship, established through the generosity of longtime Guam resident and environmental advocate Vance Stanley Eflin.

The scholarship will provide $7,000 per year for up to four years, as much as $28,000 toward a student’s UOG education , supporting students pursuing Environmental Science, Engineering, Biology, or Chemistry.

Vance’s passion for Guam’s natural environment and environmental stewardship inspired him to invest in the next generation of leaders who will help protect and preserve our island for years to come.
