The following is a list of scholarships that are available through the UOG Endowment Foundation.

Students are encouraged to read the scholarship requirements carefully before applying to ensure their application is accurate and complete. Please check back occasionally, as some scholarships become available at various times throughout the year, and all may not be shown on this list at the current time.

Students must fill out the application form linked below or email our offices for a copy at, and submit it along with an official copy of their transcripts and any supplemental materials required by the scholarship guidelines, to the UOG Endowment Foundation offices by the application deadline. Submissions are accepted online via the link below, and any supplemental materials may be submitted via email at Students may also drop off hard copy applications at the UOG Endowment Foundation office. Supplemental materials may include letters of recommendations, essay, or any other component listed in the description. Students are welcome to contact the UOG Endowment Foundation if they have any questions about scholarship eligibility requirements or application requirements.

  • For transcripts, you can submit a request online by going here: To encourage social distancing, and while many offices are closed, students should indicate in their request to have transcripts (both hard copy and an email version) sent directly to the UOG Endowment Foundation offices. We will send the applicant a confirmation email letting them know we have received their transcripts.
  • Students who are applying to more than one scholarship need only submit one (1) official transcript, but must have a separate application form/other additional materials for EACH scholarship they are applying for.
  • Students are encouraged to CC in transcript request emails to admissions, to alert us that transcripts have been requested.
  • If submitting supplemental materials via email, please indicate in body of email the student name and which scholarship(s) the materials are being submitted for.
  • Some letters of recommendation writers may want to submit their letters directly to the UOG Endowment rather than through the student. They may do so by emailing their letter to Please have them indicate in the email header the name of the student and the name of the scholarship.

  • Please note that due to a high volume of applications, we cannot send confirmation emails to every applicant upon receipt of application, however we will continue to notify students when we receive their transcripts.

Kurt S. Moylan Foundation Scholarship Award

-Open to Undergraduate students majoring in Business Administration
-Minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher
-Enrolled full time at the University of Guam
-Must submit official transcript
-Must submit an Essay
How will your college education move our island forward?
-Minimum of 500 words, double spaced, in Times New Roman font

School of Business & Public Administration Certified Professionals Award

-Must be enrolled at the UOG with a declared major in any of the degree programs within SBPA
-Must be a permanent resident of Guam or a U.S. Citizen
-Minimum GPA of 2.5 or higher
-Must be a Junior or Senior (completion of over 61 college credits)
-Must be a member of a SBPA related student organization
-Must submit official transcript

-Enrolled with the College of Liberal Arts & Social Sciences, DEAL, Language Track English Major
-Minimum GPA of 3.5 or higher

-Major in Fine Arts (Arts, Music, or Theater) with the College of Liberal Arts & Social Sciences
-Must be a Junior or Senior Undergraduate student at UOG

James A. Marsh Jr. Scholarship in Marine Biology or Water Resources

-Graduate student enrolled in a thesis program in Marine Biology or Environmental Sciences
-Must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher

William Marmie Micronesian Studies Scholarship Award

-Student must be admitted to the Micronesian Studies Master of Arts Program
-Must be a enrolled full time at the University of Guam
-Minimum GPA of 2.5 or higher
-Must be a resident of Guam, FAS, FSM, Palau, or the CNMI
-Must submit official transcript

The Carriveau Family Scholarship

-Student with declared majors in CHamoru Studies completing a thesis capstone
-The awardee will authorize MARC to publish said product in either print or digital format or both
